3. Legal Bases and Purposes for Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful grounds under the Thailand PDPA:

  • Performance of Contract: To administer your workshop enrollment, reserve seats at our Saturday Chart Clinics, deliver course materials, and provide 1-on-1 mentoring.
  • Legitimate Interests: To respond to admission inquiries, improve our curriculum, maintain studio physical security, and prevent fraudulent usage.
  • Legal Compliance: To maintain accounting records and tax filings required by the Thai Revenue Department.
  • Consent: For optional analytical cookies and study group newsletter updates, which you may revoke at any time.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Inquiry submissions that do not result in enrollment are retained for 12 months and subsequently deleted.
  • Active student records and course completion credentials are maintained for up to 5 years after cohort conclusion to facilitate alumnus verification.
  • Financial and tax transaction records are retained for 7 years pursuant to Thai statutory accounting regulations.

5. Data Transfers & Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose information only to vetted service providers assisting our core educational operations (e.g., secure cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and accounting services), all under strict confidentiality agreements. Data is hosted on encrypted servers adhering to ISO/IEC 27001 security baselines.

Subject to statutory conditions, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:
