Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Core Philosophy

Flow Orbit Core Study Group Ltd. ("Flow Orbit Core", "we", "us") is dedicated to delivering the highest quality technical market analysis education. Because our cohorts and studio workbenches are strictly limited to small groups (capped at 14 to 20 seats), late cancellations significantly impact cohort dynamics and instructional resource allocation.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the terms governing cancellations, course transfers, and refund eligibility across all our educational programs.

2. Sector Rotation Intensive (6-Week Flagship Cohorts)

Cancellation > 14 Days Before Cohort Start: Full refund of paid tuition minus an administrative processing fee of ฿1,000 THB.
Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Before Start: 75% refund of paid tuition, or 100% transfer credit applied toward the subsequent cohort term.
Cancellation < 7 Days Before Start: 50% refund of paid tuition, or 100% transfer credit toward a future cohort (valid for 12 months).
After Cohort Commencement (Module 1 Started): Once the first instructional module has taken place, tuition is non-refundable due to reserved seating and distributed proprietary reference materials. If a participant experiences documented medical or unforeseen emergencies, they may defer the remaining modules to the following cohort at no additional charge.

3. Saturday Intermarket Chart Clinics & Weekend Bootcamps

Single Session Clinic Reservations: Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the Saturday 10:00 ICT session will receive a full credit transfer or full refund. Cancellations under 48 hours or participant no-shows are non-refundable.
Monthly 4-Clinic Passes: Pass holders may reschedule individual clinic sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Passes are non-refundable once the first clinic in the billing cycle has been attended.
Weekend Bootcamps (Foundations): Cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the bootcamp weekend receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a full credit transfer toward future workshops.

4. 1-on-1 Technical Architecture Mentoring

Individual 90-minute private mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours written notice to the assigned mentor at no penalty.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in that session being deducted from the package balance.
Unused sessions in a 4-session mentoring package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 60 days of purchase, less a ฿1,500 THB diagnostic audit fee if the initial chart baseline review has already been prepared.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Materials

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Physical copies of the Sector Rotation Playbook that have been unsealed or distributed to the participant.
Private mentoring consultations that have already been conducted.
No-show instances where the participant failed to notify the studio prior to the scheduled session.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Timelines

Submit Request: Email your formal refund or rescheduling request to info@floworbitcore.click with your full name, invoice number, enrolled program, and reason for the request.
Verification: Our admissions team will review your enrollment status and respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method (Thai bank wire / PromptPay / international transfer).

7. Workshop Cancellations by Flow Orbit Core

In the rare event that Flow Orbit Core must reschedule or cancel a session due to instructor illness, severe weather, or force majeure, participants will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or priority enrollment in the rescheduled date.
