1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "User", or "Client") and Flow Orbit Core Study Group Ltd. ("Flow Orbit Core", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our educational workshops, sector rotation study groups, Saturday Chart Clinics, private mentoring sessions, and website located at floworbitcore.click.

By registering for a workshop, submitting an inquiry, or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Flow Orbit Core is an educational study center dedicated exclusively to technical analysis training, chart interpretation methodology, and relative strength research.

All course materials, lectures, chart annotations, Relative Rotation Graphs, and mentor dialogues are provided solely for academic, conceptual, and educational purposes. Flow Orbit Core does not offer individualized investment advice, financial portfolio management, securities brokerage, or trade execution services. Any charts or setups examined during workshops represent historical case studies and technical exercises, not recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary instructional materials—including the Flow Orbit Core Sector Rotation Playbook, slide presentations, custom spreadsheet models, diagrammatic illustrations, RRG analysis frameworks, and studio video archives—are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow Orbit Core Study Group Ltd.

Participants are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these materials for personal study and practice. You agree not to distribute, resell, publicly stream, duplicate, or commercially exploit any proprietary course content without prior written authorization from Flow Orbit Core.

4. Studio Conduct & Participant Responsibilities

To maintain a collaborative and productive study environment at our Chiang Mai center, all attendees must adhere to our studio guidelines:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with mutual respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from unauthorized audio or video recording of live studio sessions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants' personal charting journals and private discussions during review clinics.

Flow Orbit Core reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant who engages in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior, subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Thailand, Flow Orbit Core Study Group Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your application of technical analysis concepts, market participation, or reliance on study materials. Financial market operations involve inherent capital risk; you remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk allocation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
